Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, email our support team at lavanyaz.official@gmail.com with your order details.
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
- Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay) within 7 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Final Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
